The tourbillon was born and invented by the master of Breguet.At the time,with the pocket watch as the chronograph instrument,due to the pursuit of timing accuracy,Breguet Master used his many years of watchmaking experience to invent the rotatable tourbillon.The accuracy of the mechanical timing instrument is further improved.The tourbillon is widely used in mechanical watches and nautical clocks.Mastering this technology has important practical application value.Based on this,this paper designs and studies the working principle and structural characteristics of the tourbillon.Firstly,this thesis deeply analyzes the structure and motion principle of the Breguet tourbillon,the flying tourbillon,the coaxial escapement tourbillon and the three-axis stereo tourbillon.It is considered that the eccentric flying tourbillon has a simple structure.Significant advantages such as low manufacturing difficulty and accurate timing.Secondly,in order to minimize the timing error of the tourbillon,the factors affecting the accuracy of the tourbillon travel time are analyzed.Aiming at the problem of the center of gravity of the tourbillon and the problem of the different support of the upper and lower support of the Breguet tourbillon,a solution is proposed.Since the vibration period determines the accuracy of travel time,the influence of the nonlinearity of the balance spring,the imbalance of the balance system,the escapement mechanism and the external conditions on the vibration period are analyzed.Finally,because the existing eccentric flying tourbillon can not meet the timing requirements,the balance spring and escapement are important components of the tourbillon.In order to reconstruct the eccentric flying tourbillon,this paper analyzes the working principle of the escapement.Based on the theory of vibration mechanics,the size parameters and mechanical properties of the hairspring were designed and calculated.Then the eccentric flying tourbillon was improved according to the parameters.The calculation of the rotation period of the improved tourbillon was verified.Combined with the tourbillon center of gravity eccentricity theory,the energy loss caused by the improved tourbillon center of gravity shift is calculated.In order to verify the rotation period of the tourbillon,the kinematics model of thetourbillon escapement mechanism is improved.The MATLAB and ADAMS simulations are used to prove that the theoretical calculation of the tourbillon rotation period is consistent with the simulation results.
