| As an important key component of the power system,the substation has the function of power transmission and distribution.Therefore,the protection of the equipment in the substation is of great significance to the safe and reliable operation of the po wer grid.In this paper,a real-time monitoring system for substation safety protection device is designed and realized.The system can not only be used as an important means to detect the abnormity and failure of equipment in the substation on time,and it is based on the data collected in real time and qualify the equipment defects through certain algorithms,And then according to the degree of criticality to remind the operator to deal with the corresponding,when the equipment accident can help the operator to judge and deal with the accident.The system is mainly used to collect,analyze and deal with the real-time operating parameters of the main transformer in the transformer substation,such as lightning arrester,small current grounding line selection device,low frequency low voltage load shedding de vice and main transformer air cooling control device,Integrated into a complete substation safety protection device real-time monitoring system,has important engineering practical value.The system realizes the real-time monitoring function of the above four kinds of equipment,which has four modules,each module has distinct functional features.Real-time monitoring function of the arrester online device,through the lightning current leakage and the number of discharge real-time monitoring,according to the magnitude of the change and the number of frequent frequency to take appropriate measures to maintain the stability of the arrester;Real-time monitoring of small current grounding line selection device,when the system real-time monitoring When the small current grounding system to send a ground signal,the system will be based on the information collected to find the ground bus,and then ground to find the ground branch,and according to Grounding t he location of the line or bus to determine the critical degree of failure,and report the dispatcher to do the appropriate treatment.;Low-frequency low-voltage load-shedding device real-time monitoring function,when the low-frequency low-voltage load shedding device action export,according to the level of the load to cut,to achieve the balance between the system output and system load,then the system will be based on substation frequency and Voltage changes,promptly remind the operating personnel to e nsure that the system voltage and frequency stability;Real-time monitoring function of the main air-cooled control device,when the main transformer air cooling failure,the control device can automatically enable the standby power supply and standby cooler,the system at any time to monitor the operation of the cooler and the main transformer temperature changes to To ensure the normal operation of the transformer.The system has been tested in the Wulanchabu Electricity Bureau where the author has demonstrated that the function and performance of the real-time monitoring system of the safety protection device of the substation have reached the requirements of engineering practice.However,there are still some shortcomings in this article,the daily inspec tion and management of substation design a lot of equipment,such as the location of the switch,the circuit breaker pressure,the transformer temperature,DC system operation.The real-time monitoring of these information plays an important role in the daily management of the substation.In this paper,only four kinds of equipment monitoring are developed due to the time limit,and a better and comprehensive system can be developed in the future.In addition,we can improve and optimize the classification algorithm,make full use of the data files available to the platform for data mining,give full play to the function of the supervision platform,and contribute to the improvement of the quality of the power grid. |
