With the development of modern power electronic technology,AC motor frequency control theory and the continuous progress of permanent magnet materials,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in various fields of national economy.With the continuous expansion of PMSM applications,the requirements of the control system performance continue to increase.Especially in the need for high-performance control applications,higher speed control accuracy and better robustness and other requirements have been put forward.The key technology of high performance PMSM control is to obtain accurate rotor position and velocity information.Therefore,high precision motor speed identification has become a hot research topic for domestic and foreign experts and scholars.The parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are vulnerable to the working environment and working time.During the operation of the motor,the increase of the temperature will cause the increase of the resistance of the motor stator and the decrease of the flux linkage amplitude.If there is a saturation phenomenon in the process of motor running,inductance of the motor will change.Due to the problems such as failure of the model reference adaptive(MRAS)speed identification method,which does not take into account the parameter change.In this paper,a sensorless vector control system based on parameter identification of MRAS is proposed,which increases the motor parameter identification based on traditional MRAS algorithm,and the identification results are feedback to the system,effectively overcome the influence of parameter change in the operation of the motor for speed identification accuracy.Based on the PMSM mathematical model and MRAS principle,this paper constructs a PMSM sensorless vector control system based on MRAS.And then study stator resistance identification and speed identification method based on the MRAS;proposes a least squares algorithm with forgetting factor,and identificats the inductance of permanent magnet synchronous motor and flux on the basis of the algorithm.Finally,the results of the identification of the motor parameters update the algorithm model parameters.The sensorless vector control system based on MRAS with parameter identification is established,which improving the accuracy of speed identification and the performance of PMSM sensorless vector control system.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm,this paper build a sensorless vector control simulation system based on traditional MRAS and sensorless vector control simulation system based on MRAS with parameter identification under the MATLAB/Simulink environment,and simulated the given velocity mutation,load mutation and motor parameters mutation experiment.Finally,the hardware platform based on DSP28335 is built,and the software is developed on the hardware platform to realize PMSM sensorless vector control system based on MRAS with parameters identification.The speed regulation experiment,the addition and subtraction load experiment and the change of the motor parameters experiment are carried out on the experimental platform,and the system is proved to have good adaptability,robustness and anti disturbance performance.
