Urban transportation corridor, connecting the central city and suburb, is the backbone in urban transport network. Congestion of the urban traffic corridor will do serious damage to the operation of the whole transport network, and the serious jam can even lead to paralysis of system. The phenomenon in corridor is called trip jam of designability, which is caused by the high rate of private car under residents' daily trip.Therefore, making transport resources configuration reasonably is the key to relieve the jam in traffic corridor, which can be established to resolve the traffic block problem. It is aimed to transfer the private car to public transport modes and subsequently promote the ratio of public traffic modes.Firstly, related concepts of urban transportation corridor and transport resources configuration were elaborated. And two elements of resource, including P&R and bus lane, were chose to illustrate the necessity to optimize configuration based on analyzing characteristics of transport trip and resource. In the meanwhile, the interaction mechanism of resources configuration and structure of travel was explored; then the model and thought to optimize resources configuration was designed depending on theory of equilibrium. Therefore, this research built the model of optimization resources configuration based on theory of equilibrium about traffic network from the perspective of influence relation between subject of resources configuration and trip choice of traveler on corridor.Secondly, this paper made research on the problem that how to optimize P&R resources configuration in urban transportation corridor. In the research, generalized trip cost models were built, including taking car, urban rail and P&R; the topology network of P&R on corridor was established based on trip-chain. From the perspective government or market, which is as the subject, optimize resources configuration models of distribution and charge of P&R were established. Then effect on those factors and on optimizing tip structure on corridor was analyzed under different subject. Research showed, government tend to build P&R at suburb with low parking fee in order to encourage traveler to take urban rail than car; however, market is likely to build at canter with high fee to improve enterprise income.Finally, this paper made research focus on resources configuration of bus lane and its using right, and three strategies were proposed to optimize, including not sitting bus lane, setting bus lane with using alone and promising riding sharing using, and their general trip cost models were established by analyzing their trip cost of different traffic models. Then the model of optimization resources configuration was established, which is with the minimum of construction cost of bus lane and surrounding roads, energy consumption fee and cost of pollution administration. Combining the example, the study showed that allocation plan taking various strategies is superior to taking single strategies depending on the real situation in transportation corridor and network. And the study also analyzed the macroscopic benefit after optimizing bus lane resource qualitatively and quantitatively.
