For these reasons, mankind has to seek and explore a new path of sustainable development, which can make human beings have the least consumption on the earth's resources, the minimum pollution on the earth's environment, and the most economic benefits. The remanufacturing industry is one of the most representative production modes and is developing rapidly in China. The assembly of the remanufactured engine has a critical impact on the overall performance of the final product.In order to reduce the loss of remanufacturing parts, the paper puts forward the actual production situation of remanufacturing engine, and verify the crank assembly of engine remanufacturing engine produced by a factory as an example.First of all, because at present China's remanufacturing engine started soon, the waste engine recycling system is not mature enough in our country. These reasons led to production that of remanufacturing engine of companies is not much. In the remanufacturing of small batch production engine assembly premise,the paper combined with the actual situation of remanufactured parts.In this paper, the exhaustive method and the greedy method are applied to solve the remanufactured engine crank assembly of the four parts of the assembly problem.Secondly, as our country continue to advocate for remanufacturing industry and strong support, the remanufacturing engine production scale will become increasingly large.Therefore, this paper proposes a group assembly method to solve the problem of remanufacturing assembly itself in mass production of remanufactured engine.At last, the mathematical model of assembly is programmed with MATLAB. The interface is simple and easy to practical. It reduce the workload of the calculate staff, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
