With growth the number of smart phone users and also provides many features by the smart devices it makes the people to use it every day as a one popular thing in their life,Using the smart device can be dangerous and increasing the possibility of accident in some circumstances.it can be happening when the smart phone user is driving a car or walking in vulnerable road and their mind is busy on their phone,with such kind of activities like texting,gaming,watching videos,calling or listening to music with wearing head phone e.g.The number of people killed or injured in road accidents when the victims was busy on their phone has risen sharply,in many cases before hitting the vehicles driver tried to make sound with honk to attract the pedestrian attention of the potential danger.Wearing headphone for pedestrian and using smart phone is the reason for that they can't hear any sound around them self.Recently years one of the important issues in making road safety is developing two-way communication with the pedestrian and vehicles for make them safety,and till now different application and system developed,but most of the application are developed for cars,and all of them relies to other detection sensors such as camera,laser e.g.and it can't be used to send alert to the pedestrian.The report has provided improvement on an android application which is proposed for pushing alert to smart device at an appropriate time when there is a possibility of collision,based on Car-to-X(C2X)communication using WIFI of the smart device without WIFI association network.It is working on WIFI Hotspot/Direct mode using beacon stuffing and is used for sending alert of potential collision for vulnerably road users(VRU)and vehicles on multi-communication module through their smart devices.
