In recent years,smart building has come into people's horizons with the emergence of smart city,with the accelerating development of building wisdom;some problems in smart building market are gradually outstanding in China.It is beneficial to establish an objective and fair smart building evaluation system to supervise and guide the smart building market,to enhance the public's understanding to the concept of smart building development,assess their operation conditions and give some feedback to it as well,and also help promote the comprehensive smart building industry to develop healthily in China.Start with the view of green & efficient development and the concept of people-oriented,the paper made a study on the evaluation of smart building based on matter-element extension theory.Firstly,through a deep analysis of the characteristics of the smart building,we chose the smart building evaluation index from four different aspects,safety and security,green energy-saving,efficient and convenient,and user perception respectively,and selected the indicators through stepwise discriminant analysis theory,eventually,the smart building evaluation index system was completed with 23 indexes included.Secondly,a comprehensive evaluation model of smart building based on matter element extension method was established through analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis to calculate the combination weighting.And thirdly,an smart building evaluation software based on matter element extension model was designed by using Microsoft visual Studio 2010 and the c#programming language.Finally,through taking XX square project as evaluation objects,we used smart building evaluation software to evaluate the program and the intelligence degree of the project was obtained,it is proved that the theory and method in this paper are scientific and practical,and the smart building evaluation software are simple and maneuverable.The smart building evaluation index system,evaluation method model and the development of evaluation software in this paper studies are of great theoretical and practical value,they provide a set of scientific,efficient,and evaluated-easily tools for the planning,design,management and construction of smart buildings.
