| In recent ten years,our country’s home stay has developed vigorously and prospered.Since 2016,the home stay industry has gradually evolved into one of the important strategy for local governments to promote rural revitalization and build a beautiful China.Many poverty-stricken areas have explored and innovated the new mode of developing tourism home stay to get rid of poverty.Home stay industry has entered a new stage of development led by the government and with joint efforts from all parties.At the end of 2019,with the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus,smart tourism accelerated the reform and innovation of home stay industry,launched "smart home stay" to realize self-service,non-contact check-in and other smart services,so as to help economic recovery.In addition,the integration of smart home elements into home staypromotes the intelligent design of home stay,the development of the network promotes the intelligent marketing of home stay,and the office automation promotes the intelligent management of the people’s dormitory.However,a single "wisdom performance" does not prove that the home stay is a smart home stay,but a smart home stay is the result of many "wisdom performance".Under this background,in order to define the "smart home stay" in a strict sense and evaluate the level of its wisdom performance,it is necessary to define the smart home stay and construct a set of evaluation indicator system suitable for the smart home stay.The aim is to provide a new direction for the construction and development of smart home stay,and to provide a certain reference basis for the relevant departments to formulate the evaluation standard of smart home stay.Therefore,according to the phenomenon of the wisdom of home stay,this paper explores the source of the wisdom performance of home stay.And based on the phased characteristics of smart home stay,it is analyzed that the wisdom performance of home staymainly comes from the following aspects: facility location,construction,marketing,service and management.Combined with relevant literature,this paper defines the "smart homestay" in a strict sense,and further expounds the characteristics of smart homestay.Then,draw lessons from foreign related evaluation standards and management system about home stay facility,refer to the domestic scholar of home stay facility evaluation standard research,using the WBS(work breakdown structure method),from the wisdom of home stay facility location,construction,marketing,service and management stage to the wisdom of the home stay facility to decompose step by step,the wisdom of the performance indicator is consisted of 5 first-level indicator,11 second-level indicators,34 three-level indicators constitute the wisdom of the primary indicator system of home stay facility.Then,the questionnaire survey was conducted to invite experts to give opinions and suggestions.After a series of improvements,the final selection indicator system of smart homestay was determined,which consisted of 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 36third-level indicators.On the basis of the established indicator system,the pairwise comparison judgment matrix is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the proportion is determined.Using extension innovation we evaluation method,Determine the object to be evaluated,classical domain and Joint domain.then through correlation function is calculated for each indicator and the correlation between the evaluation grade,with "one star","two star",or "three-star" to describe the corresponding evaluation level,in order to establish intelligent comprehensive evaluation model of home stay facility.Finally,the model was applied to a practical case,and the wisdom performance of the actual case was determined to be one star,and the evaluation results were further analyzed.Moreover,the rationality of the smar home stay evaluation system is confirmed,and the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation model are verified. |
