In the research field of Ordnance science and technology,the temperature has always been one of the most important research subjects because the temperature of the weapon will directly affect the lethality,performance and life span.Among them,the explosion of thermo-baric and temperatures of detonation,the gas temperatures in air chamber of automatic weapon,rockets and the measurement of wake temperature of missile gas are the key points of the study.These test environments have the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,fast transient temperature change,and so on.It also puts forward higher requirements for transient temperature measurement technology.In order to meet the needs of the transient temperature measurement in the harsh environment,a transient temperature colorimetric temperature measurement system based on wireless transmission is designed.The system was designed and fabricated based on the principle of colorimetric temperature measurement.Optical system,two quadrant detector,amplifier circuit and wireless data transmission module are the main components.The colorimetric temperature measurement system realizes the real-time transmission of the experimental data and the test results,and has the advantages of fast response,high precision,small volume,simple operation and high repeatability of the experiment.Firstly,the paper designs the system and introduces the working principle of each part in detail.Secondly,in order to obtain the static calibration coefficient K,the static calibration experiment was carried out using a high temperature blackbody furnace.At the same time,the experiment of transient temperature is designed in the laboratory environment,compareexperimental results with the infrared thermometer Modline5 and the colorimetric temperature measurement system,it shows that the measurement accuracy of the system reaches 1.7%,can meet the test requirements of transient temperature.Finally,in order to study the accuracy of the temperature measurement system,the emissivity correction experiment is designed.After the emissivity correction,the temperature measurement accuracy of the system is improved to 1%.At the same time,the effective temperature measurement range of the system is 50 cm.
