Study On The Quality Evaluation And Control Measures Of Supplementary Quota In Tunnel Engineering In High Altitude Area

With the development of tunnel construction like a raging fire in high altitude area of our country,the construction of highway tunnel project participants on the project cost accuracy requirements are increasingly high,the quota of highway project tunnel part of China's Ministry of transportation issued in the general area of preparation,if the high altitude tunnel project is still the norm,is bound to will greatly reduce the cost of accuracy.So the high altitude region of our country have put into prepared in accordance with the local actual situation of tunnel engineering quota work,in fact,due to the lack of experience or area quota ignore simplifies the important factors in the process of making additional quota and main links that finally compiled the quota for low,not really investment in engineering construction.Therefore,this paper intends to evaluate tunnel engineering in high altitude area of quota quality,and formulate the corresponding quality control measures,in order to improve the high altitude tunnel engineering in our country of quota quality and provide reference.First of all,based on the analysis of the research background and research status at home and abroad on the basis of determining the main research content and research methods,and then from the high altitude tunnel characteristics,high altitude tunnel engineering supplement quota particularity and necessity of the basic knowledge of interpretation,the study object of this paper is defined as the tunnel engineering high altitude additional norms.Secondly,the evaluation methods of quality by the means of literature research identified,then analysis the advantage and disadvantage of operation steps,each evaluation method exists,then choose the improved intuition based on Fuzzy AHP fuzzy comprehensive analysis method,to other methods,intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive analysis method considering the hesitation of the parameters with high accuracy.Then,using the fault tree analysis method to establish the evaluation index system and questionnaire design specifically for experts in the field of tunnel engineering or with high altitude supplement quota experience alternative,thus screening of alternative indicators,to determine the evaluation index system of the final establishment of supplementary quota.At the same time,based on intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis steps of building the tunnel in high altitude area of quota quality evaluation model,the evaluation method comprises the following steps: constructing a multi-level evaluation model of intuitionistic fuzzy judgment matrix to determine the weights of evaluation indexes and evaluation quota of quality.Then,the evaluation model is applied to the case study,and the evaluation results show that the evaluation method and the evaluation index are correct.Finally,from the preparation stage,quota of early stage,intermediate links,fixed level test stage four aspects and nineteen basic points are put forward in high altitude tunnel engineering quality control measures of quota.Then,to take the quality control measures of tunnel engineering in high altitude area Q,evaluation of the quota quality,comparative value evaluation will get the evaluation results and the quality control measures were taken before,the results showed that the quality control measures mentioned in this article has a good control effect.
