Quota Measuring And Formating Study Of Road In High Altitude Region

The highway construction quota is the significant foundation for the overall system. However, the currently used methods for quota measuring and raw data processing in the highway construction quota are out of date, which can not match the development of the highway construction technology and management. With the continuous development and application of many novel mathematical theories, basing on meeting the development of construction cost management science, the measurement of the construction quota and the raw data processing are studied and improved in this thesis, so that the calculated construction quota would realistically reflecting the actual producing level, and the solid foundation for establishing the other quota is formed. The outline of this thesis is presented as below:Firstly, this paper sets up the determination system of highway construction quota combining the measure features of highway construction quota via introducing projects building quota system. Secondly, the calculating process of construction quota is studied, and the calculated method is presented in details for different types. Thirdly, the limitation of the current raw data processing method is analyzed, and the different data processing method is presented based on the practical statistical theory. And then, combining the current research project, the numerous initial data samples are studied based on the constructed knowledge system. Finally, In order to better adapt to the current construction technology, construction technology rapid development and conservation needs of the project, the use of fuzzy nearness and gray correlation method, the measured sample data built on little or no circumstances, be fixed mathematical model prepared. Combined with a fixed establishment has completed research validate the feasibility of this model.
