With the rapid progress of urbanization,the car are increasing year by year,The contradiction between supply and demand of urban road traffic is becoming more and more prominent.The land is the source of traffic generation and attraction,land use and development volumewill directly affect traffic service level.To promote the development of the coordination of land use and urban traffic,the scientific allocation of urban land and space resources,in the revision of regulatory detailed planning of the city,adjustment stage and construction stage of project plan design,synchronized traffic impact assessment,feedback and guidance of regulatory detailed plan,can make use of land configuration and development intensity is more reasonable,improve land use efficiency.Although the methods and means of transportation impact assessment has been maturing,but free trade port planning revision and adjustment of some of this particular type of land use in urban areas specialized Evaluation method has not been constructed.Therefore,this paper hopes to study the impact assessment of the free trade port area,enrich and improve the research methods of traffic impact assessment.Firstly,based on the research results at home and abroad,the basic requirements of traffic impact assessment and the traffic travel characteristics and general rules of the bonded port area are systematically analyzed.Secondly,the traditional four stage evaluation method has been further modified and improved in the traffic assignment phase,and the traffic demand forecasting model is built for the control of the bonded port area,Research and Analysis on the application of land use planning and traffic planning feedback mechanism in the control rules.Finally,the evaluation method is applied to lianglu-cuntan free trade port arearevision of regulatory detailed planning stage carried out by the traffic impact assessment projects,The operability of traffic impact assessment method,traffic and land use feedback mechanism was verified,And propose improvement measures and suggestions.Based on land and transportation of the bidirectional interaction feedback mechanism,a traffic demand forecasting model is built for the free trade area,The traffic impact assessment method of the control detailed planning stage is enriched and improved.
