| During the period of " Thirteenth five year plan",to achieve the requirements of the construction a well-off society in an all-round way,and fully bring into play the function of highway investment benefit "Bridges",promote the highway along the farmers’ income,to speed up the people out of poverty to get rich,to ensure the safety of staff travel,maintaining social stability,achieving rural highway steady,healthy and sustainable development.Our province highway departments put rural highway construction and maintenance in the first place in the development of traffic.In this paper,the author first of all,from the definition,function and task of rural roads,category,the concept of highway maintenance and highway preventive maintenance,highway maintenance situation of both at home and abroad,summarizes the significance of rural road maintenance and preventive.Secondly,this paper expounds the present stage the main diseases of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance,treatment countermeasure and subgrade,bridge,tunnel construction technology and preventive maintenance and main technical points.Then,the author in combination with the practical situation of custody highway,from material selection,construction machinery,construction technology,quality inspection and control,after the implementation of maintenance and operation of pavement technical condition evaluation aspects in detail elaborated the synchronized crushed stone seal technology,slurry seal technology in S315(curved line)and S402(song to line)line of the successful application of highway preventive maintenance.Finally,the author in the face of highway in the present work a tube maintenance lack of funding,management policy needs to be perfect,professional maintenance team is uneven,and many other issues,on how to improve rural road pipe work,puts forward some Suggestions. |
