Study On Model Of Trip Mode Split Of College Students In Mountainous City Based On Group Behavior

The scale expansion of colleges and universities and the growth of college students brings the rising number of travel demands of college students.The transportation industry gets a good opportunity to develop,but the rising of travel demands of college students cannot be met with the original transportation infrastructure and the transportation planning scheme.And the travel behavior of college students was limited by the traffic conditions.College students group is a behalf of the urban population and is labeled a special group in society.The study of the choice behaviors of trip mode of college students will have higher practical value to improve traffic conditions of university campus.To solve the traffic difficulties which college students are facing,and make a guidance to traffic planning for colleges and cities,this paper which took the trip mode choice of college students in mountainous city as the research direction,and analyzed the traffic conditions in mountainous city,the characteristics of group behavior of college students,the travel behavior characteristics of college students and the property of traffic mode in mountainous urban,proposed several factors,including traffic conditions in mountainous urban,influence of group behavior and characteristics of mode of transport,which affected the trip mode choice of college students in the mountainous city,and introduced the variables of the theory of planned behavior.And according to different modes of transport,the paper made the research hypothesis,and built the planned behavior framework based on the influencing factors of the trip mode choice of college students in mountainous urban,and completed the preliminary model by establishing a structural equation model.In order to get the final questionnaire to apply to the formal research,the paper designed several questions and made a pre-survey,and extracted most expressive observation variables of TPB through the factor analysis method.,and sorted out the results of the formal survey and made the reliability and validity inspection,then put the inspected data into the SEM respectively,using relevant software to calculate the model.According to the calculated results of model and the adaptation index to modify it,all the data were insured to meet the standard.The finally calculation results showed that the TPB variables which were composed of the main factors which influenced the trip mode choice of college students in mountainous city could explain well the trip mode choice of college students,and verified the applicability of TPB in the research of trip mode choice.The main content of research included: analyzed the main environment factors and personal factors which influencing the trip mode choice of college students in mountainous city,and built SEM of the trip mode choice of college students.The calculation results showed that attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control of college students all have an impact on their trip intention.In terms of different modes of transport,the attitude of college students is the most social explanatory power for their mode choice of transport.When students chose cruising cars or online booking cars,the effect of group behaviors on their subjective norm and perceived behavioral control also plays an important role in the trip intentions of college students.
