Electronic charts are a milestone in the history of shipping technology its the core of the digital channel.It has become an important platform for the navigation safety decision system in the Yangtze river and the pearl river line and in the shipping area.the navigation and navigation of ships based on electronic charts is still a blank.In the yunnan province waterway inland river especially in Erhai lake region vessel sailing still rely on the pilot to ensure safety of navigation,ship driving technology content is low,water traffic accidents occur frequently.Therefore,using modern information technology electronic chart development and establishment of ship motion simulation to improve river in yunnan region of ship driving technology content is very urgent and necessary.The paper studies how to realize the three-dimensional terrain modeling of Erhai electronic chart and the computer simulation of ship motion,the technology of electronic channel software is studied and computer simulation of the ship movement was analyzed The design and realization of the system structure and function of the Erhai ship maneuvering simulation system were carried out,The availability of the simulation system based on the 3d terrain modeling and ship motion simulation is confirmed.This paper is based on the analysis and research of the mathematical model of ship motion and the software of Erhai electronic chart integrate the mathematical model of the ship's movement with the software development of Erhai electronic chart training and simulation system based on Erhai electronic chart was established.The simulation system is based on the island rivel vessel bridge configuration simulation integrated control system,electronic navigation chart display and information system(ECDIS),global positioning system(GPS),ARPA radar,automatic tracking navigation system and voice communication system and other software and hardware platform.useing multichannel large-screen wide-angle projection system and seamless mosaic technology are adopted Realistic and dynamic shows the three-dimensional view of Erhai channel,the traffic situation and the ship's maneuvering characteristics integrated application system.in the hope that the training of the training personnel of the shipping line will be able to approximate or achieve the effect of actual ship training.The system has the functions of simulating ship's operation training,emergency response training and the safety training of general aviation safety It is a solid foundation for the simulation and manipulation of Erhai ship on this system...
