The vibration of the reciprocating compressor pipeline in the offshore platform and the resonance of the compressor and the support system are frequently encountered problems in the operation of the equipment.This problem will affect the normal operation and stability of the equipment and systems,so it is necessary to control the vibration generated.In the offshore platform compressor compressor vibration control technology,the traditional way is mainly the use of vibration isolation technology,increase the compressor skid mass and reduce the support stiffness of the way to achieve the control of vibration.As these methods are uneconomical,and the structure is complex,not easy to maintain and other issues,the purpose of this project is to try to use the tuned mass damper,a simple shock absorber,to cushion the offshore platform compressor.The main research contents are as follows:1.Because the frequency of the exciting force of the compressor is mainly the intermediate frequency excitation force,this paper first demonstrates the damping effect of the tuned mass damper under the medium frequency excitation force environment.The finite element model of tuned mass damper is established by ANSYS workbench and the steel plate subjected to resonance by the 55HZ excitation force is damped.It is found that the vibration damping effect can be obtained in the frequency domain,and the feasibility of the tuned mass damper for vibration suppression by the medium frequency excitation force is verified.2.The finite element model of simplified compressor was established by using CATIA 3D modeling software.Through the modal analysis of the compressor,it was found that the second,third and fourth order natural frequency values were close to the operating frequency of the motor.Under the premise of considering the structural damping,according to the information provided by the equipment manufacturers,add the compressor and the motor generated by the exciting force load,the motor operating frequency fluctuation range of ± 10%for harmonic response analysis.The results show that the peak value of the vibration of the motor is within the frequency domain,and the peak velocity of the skid is more than 63.85mm/s which is allowed by the DNV vibration evaluation standard,and the corresponding cushioning device needs to be designed.3.For the motor skid design of the appropriate parameters of the suspended tuning quality dampers.By comparing the vibration response curves of the installed and not installed TMD,it is found that the peak of the vibration response curve of the TMD is obviously reduced and the vibration amplitude is less than the allowable value of the DNV vibration evaluation standard.The rationality of the design of tuned mass damper is proved.
