Growing with the world’s energy problem and the increasing environmental problems,the application of clean energy gradually concern for people,as one of the main clean energy,wind power has become the important link to solve the problem of world environment,the steady quick development of wind power technology for clean energy power field provides important support and guarantee,however,with the rapid development of wind power installed capacity in the rising,many of the wind turbine structure unit face failure,structural damage and led to the decrease of the level of wind turbines run even downtime,greatly reduce the efficiency of wind turbines,affects the economic benefits of wind power plants,thus to evaluate the reliability of the unit and fault diagnosis,the development of wind power plays a vital role.Paper with active Sinovel company produce wind turbines as state assessment and fault diagnosis object,using the multi-parameter fusion reliability model of wind turbine components layer,equipment layer,the main system and working condition of the machine based on interval differentiate the status of the evaluation.Divided about the structure of equipment in detail to set different evaluation system,so that the final evaluation with the method of weighting fusion on the state,introducing the membership function of wind turbine engine state evaluation,according to to divided interval under different working conditions of different unit working state,set different threshold and rating,in order to complete the state evaluation of wind turbines is more complete.To the high incidence of failure rate in gear box corresponding structure USES the reliability index and the integration of traditional vibration index,increase the dimension of the fault diagnosis parameters so as to improve the reference value of fault diagnosis.In this paper,the research content is as follows:To build real-time reliability model,through the analysis of single parameter reliability model,it improve the reliability of the multi-parameter fusion model is obtained,compared with degradation index analysis,into the analysis of the dimension parameters can be greatly improved,therefore better multi-parameter reliability model.Through the structure of wind turbine unit failure rate history statistical data analysis,FTA fault tree analysis and fault impact FMEA analysis to establish key function units,to elaborate the structure of the wind turbines,building contains the main system layer,equipment layer,component layer,device tree;Analysis of different parts,and combining the key functional units access to parts selection,access to equipment layer,component evaluation objects;Through the analysis of the unit for different operation condition failure rate,scale of operation,for the division of different interval based on the fault statistics and set the corresponding threshold,the reliability of variations of component reliability calculation and evaluation,through the different power supply failure statistics to the appropriate level of the distribution of the weights of different projects,which can be for top and equipment,the main system,the whole sets of reliability evaluation.In the process of evaluation of the machine based on the division of working condition of interval adopt dual membership functions,to evaluate the unit,thus improve the state of the wind turbine reliability evaluation results of reference value.Using reliability analysis method combined with vibration signal fault diagnosis method,the fault analysis of wind turbine drive system,first of all,analyze the mechanism of the gearbox fault,obtain fault characteristic parameters,combined with the reliability model is analyzed,considering with the characteristics of the gearbox fault related parameters in real-time reliability model,through analyzing different fault types of bearing,gear,get the vibration signal model,further analysis can obtain the input parameters of reliability model type selection object.Thus provide the possibility for reliability model distinguish gearbox fault.With the complexity of the gear box structure,first carries on the structure analysis,determine the parameters for the gear running at all levels.Reliability model is used to analyse the fault analysis and qualitative analysis,through the sideband components in vibration signal analysis for failure of the position and distribution of concrete,so as to complete the fusion real-time reliability index of the gearbox fault diagnosis.
