Study On Automatc Transformation Scheme Of Distribution Network In Zhuji

Distribution network as the end of power supply chain and energy carrier the most close to users,is being unable to meet users' higher requirements of power quality because of backward equipment,instable reliability and other issues,which leads to the increasing pressure of power supply enterprises.According to the development process and experience of electric power industry,Automation of distribution network is an effective way to resolve the contradiction.Distribution network automation system is a comprehensive application system of automatic management using electronic technology,communication technology,computer andnetwork technology to collect and analysis the location,topology,user and running information of distribution network torealize the function of distribution system protection,monitoring and management.The basic theory of distribution network automation system is introduced in this paper.According to the structure of the system,the three main transformation directions of the main station,terminal and communication system of Zhuji power distribution network are defined.Analyzing distribution network,equipment sitiution,operation mode,communication system and information system of Zhuji distribution network,this paper proposes problems of the distribution network,like weak structure,lack of communication system resources,the mismatch of the main station system functions and so on.Subsequently,in view of these problems,this paper analyzes and studies the automation transformation plan of Zhuji distribution network.The main contents include proposing the automatic transformation target of Zhuji distribution network,determing system structure of the master station,the information flow operation mode of the partition management and the corresponding hardware configuration,defining configuration principle and application range of feeder automation,putting forward improvement plan of distribution network frame and the terminal automation,designing overall framework,networking mode and security protection scheme of communication system,determing the construction scheme of information system security protection system according to the security protection level in different areas,illustrating the practical application of the scheme of automatic transformation by taking the automation transformation scheme of the experimental area in the east of the city as a typical case.Finally,from the system,indicators and other aspects of the distribution network automation reform in Zhuji completed the expected results.In summary,this paper mainly through the analysis and research of the formation of a suitable for Zhuji distribution network automation solutions,providing reference for the power supply company to complete the task of power grid development in 13 th Five-Year.
