With the rapid development of the national economy and the deepening of reform and opening-up, the electricity power customers' demand for the electric power quality and the power supply reliability is growing; voltage fluctuation and short time of the power failures will both cause huge losses. Therefore, it is needed to implement distributing automation (DA) through the reconstruction of distribution network, so that we can raise the level of management and supply uninterrupted good quality power to customers.Based on the specific conditions of the Yangjiaping power supply bureau, this paper detailedly designs distribution automation system. The entire program design a unified plan to follow the step-by-step implementation of the principle of building, and take fully into account sustainable development of urban distribution network requirements. Practical implementation of the program distribution automation is raised through the study of reliability and economic analysis.The main contents list below:Firstly, it analyzes and summarizes the distributing automation theory and latest technology at home and abroad;Secondly, it analyzes the distribution network structure and plans distribution automation of Yangjiaping power supply bureau;Thirdly, it raises the suitable distributing automation scheme for Yangjiaping power supply bureau.Lastly, it raises the solution to key technology of distribution automation implementation of Yangjiaping power supply bureau.The methods presented by this paper are in line with actual situation of distribution network and fully achieve the goal. The distribution network automation system program in place, the system can achieve fault diagnosis, fault handling and recovery, improve fault inquiries efficiency, reduce labor burden, and distribution network accidents will be reduced to the minimum loss. At the same time it reduces the staffs' labor intensity, improve labor efficiency, enable the operating personnel to grasp the situation of the distribution network more comprehensively and more quickly; Practice will prove that the system have perfect function, easy to use, fully meet the actual demand, and it will make preferable social and economic performance for the electric power enterprise.
