Research On The Design Of Bed And Breakfast Based On The Concept Of Building Recycling

Bed and breakfast is a new type of hotel building that provides accommodation for tourists to enjoy the local experience and experience different living conditions.At present,the development of tourism forms is more diversified,the inherent attractions of tourism gradually relax,experience life,close to the natural form of tourism changes.In such a situation,B&B because of its unique temperament in China’s major tourist cities to grow rapidly.B&B encourages visitors to travel through love for nature,communicate with each other,and promote people to pursue simple lifestyles.In China,the hostel is a new type of hotel building,due to the constraints of economic and technical conditions,our country mostly for the use of existing types of old buildings for the renovation of the design,and most of the old buildings because of poor accommodation conditions,Less physical,is not suitable for contemporary living.Objectively speaking,the foundation of the old building is not superior,but now the city’s large demolition building,making the city’s architectural culture gradually lost hope,only the remaining seeds are still hidden in these remaining buildings.Recycling of old buildings has been a challenging proposition in the design industry.It requires designers not only to protect and rationalize the historical value of buildings,but also to update them under existing technical conditions.The current discussion on this issue is focused on the historical evolution,social significance and so on,in the reuse of the specific part of the design method is relatively lack of theoretical support,the way is relatively simple.The whole idea of the paper is to summarize the present situation and the present situation of the construction recycle theory,and analyze the causes of the recycling of the old buildings.At the same time,also compiled the origin and development of the hotel,and sort out the difference between the hotel and the hotel.And then analyze the domestic and foreign old buildings recycling for the case of bed and breakfast,to explore the old building recycling design,how to find the entry point and how to in-depth design work.Based on the research and discussion of the reuse of old buildings,this paper focuses on the analysis of the factors of the reuse of old buildings and the influence of spatial factors.Based on the theory of "building recirculation",this paper draws the conclusion that the modern residents’ Differences in the design principles of uniqueness;and then summed up the re-composition of the premises,the internal function space re-composition,the external features and the environment of the recycling of several ideas,combined with a variety of old building reuse design examples were discussed under the direction of these ideas Specific design method.Finally,through the design practice of the research results to be verified and explained.In the process of summarizing the specific design methods,this paper always emphasizes the principle of modest dialectical research,and insists on the practical and future-oriented research thinking to adapt to the current rapid development of Chinese society.In the research method,the author takes the program of asking questions,analyzing the problem and solving the problem,and verifying the subject by means of literature,case analysis,subject research,program design and so on.In this paper,the design of modern B&B under the guidance of the theory of building recirculation is the design principle.Through the transformation of the actual project design,the theory is applied to practice to realize the above-mentioned integration,difference and uniqueness Modern B&B,thus reflecting the integrity of research results and timeliness.
