Energy problem is the current problem which paid attention by all countries in the world.The resource consumption and environmental impact of construction in our country is very huge,building energy consumption accounts for about one-third of the total social energy consumption,which is expected to close to 40% in 2020. Compared with developed countries under the same climatic conditions, the unit area of building energy consumption to achieve the same indoor comfort in our country is consumed by 2 to 3 times.Thus,through a variety of means to reduce building energy consumption, it has important practical significance for the construction cost saving, reducing energy consumption, building a conservation-minded society.For the view of the whole process of energy utilization, building energy optimization can be divided into many kinds of forms including of the optimization of energy source态delivery process and energy utilization at the end of the equipment,such as the use of clean energy, waste heat recovery and utilization, reasonably forecast and energy-saving behavior at the end of equipment.In our country, most of the building energy optimization scheme is achieved through the latter energy-saving renovation project, which brings the tremendous increase of building energy consumption, it also increased the difficulty of the energy-saving renovation project at the same time, slowing down the development speed of green building projects in our country.So in the architectural planning and design stage,setting the standards from various aspects of energy optimization solution,equipment type selection to the pipeline reserved, so it has great significance in improving building energy efficiency and promoting the development of green building in our country.This topic research based on the platform of green building energy management system, through the research of energy recycling and saving technology in public buildings and developing subsystems of energy conservation in large computer room, elevator energy-saving subsystem, air conditioning condensing heat recovery subsystem and energy-saving control subsystem at the end of mechanical and electrical equipment. System equipment based on ARM9 processor as the core layer of intelligent controller to realize the monitoring and control functions of each subsystem; Between communication server and the intelligent controller in the network layer adopts TCP/IP protocol for data communication, the intelligent controller uses the GPRS mode to receive and transmit data; Data server in the network layer uses SQL Server as a database for the storage of real-time and historical data;Application layer exists in the form of a Web service, the realization of human-computer interaction, analysis and display the energy saving effect of each equipment in the energy management system by the form of data, diagrams and pictures,and you can configure the device and set its operation parameters.Research starting from the real case, practical design projects, mainly reflected in the building energy optimization design and construction process, designed to meet the basic comfort in the building, realizing maximum reduction of energy consumption,improving energy efficiency, so as to promote the rapid development of building energy conservation and green building engineering in our country.
