Hebei Province Hengshui Natural conditions,has a wealth of light and land resources,in recent years,the National Energy Bureau and the local Government is also actively promoting the development of photovoltaic industry,the distribution of distributed photovoltaic power stations in the distribution network planning more and more large proportion.The study of distribution network planning with photovoltaic power plants can realize large-scale access to photovoltaic power supply,reduce environmental pollution and improve the reliability of system power supply.However,if the selection of photovoltaic power station or grid structure is improper,the system operation will bring many hidden troubles.Therefore,it is very necessary to optimize the capacity and position of PV power station and how to access the distribution network more rationally.This paper reviews the history of PV development at home and abroad,and based on the analysis of the definition and characteristics of PV power supply,this paper analyzes the typical time series characteristics of Hengshui Taocheng District load and PV power supply,takes the distribution network loss as the target,presents a multi-objective distributed power supply location planning model considering the time series characteristics and multiple scenes,and gives the determination method of scene and scene weights.Using the genetic algorithm to solve the problem,a multiple-segment chromosome coding method is used to solve the problem,and the solution efficiency of the location-dependent planning model is improved effectively according to the infeasible solution of the node apparent power two times precise moment.Based on the above research,the optimal planning method of power distribution network with PV power station access is carried out: a substation planning model with minimum load moment is established,and a multi source continuous location method is used to solve the distribution network substation planning scheme.Based on the goal of the minimum cost of line investment cost,net loss cost and power outage loss,the grid planning model of network security constrained by voltage constraint,line capacity constraint,tidal current constraint and reverse tidal current constraint is established.The optimal grid planning scheme of distribution network with micro-network is obtained by genetic algorithm.Finally,the Taocheng District actual distribution network is analyzed to verify the validity and feasibility of the planning model for PV power supply location planning and distribution network optimization planning with photovoltaic power supply.
