With the advancement of the revolution of energy production and energy consumption,the concept of energy Internet is rapidly emerging and has brought some impact to the power industry.As the first link in the development and construction of power grid enterprises,the new stage of the planning method and model in the grid planning is inevitably inseparable from the application of the energy internet.In the process of the development of energy Internet,various types of new influencing factors are emerging constantly,uncertainties and risks of distribution network planning are gradually increasing,the traditional distribution network planning model which relies on single deterministic planning method and considers less new factors is difficult to meet the demand of energy consumption under the background of energy Internet,and it is urgent to realize the expansion of energy consumption pattern and the optimization allocation of resources under the background of energy Internet through the optimization of distribution network planning method.Therefore,in the time that the power industry meets the energy internet,through the analysis of the energy Internet,constructing the model of dynamic load forecasting under the background of the energy Internet and searching for the optimization method of distribution network planning for the new situation of power distribution planning is of great significance.Based on the current development of energy Internet,this paper analyzes the overall structure and characteristics of energy Internet,and summarizes the development path and trend of energy Internet in China.On this basis,the paper analyzes the influence of energy Internet development on distribution network planning from the aspects of the power supply side,distribution side and demand side,and forms the influencing factors system of distribution network planning under the b ackground of energy Internet.Secondly,combining with the related factors of distribution network planning in the new environment and considering the influence of distributed power access,the development of electric vehicle as well as the demand side risk factors on the load forecasting,this paper puts forward the dynamic spatial load forecasting model under the background of energy Internet to quantify the influence of new factors on the load forecasting and estimates the volatility of load forecasting reasonably,which can provide the basic reference for load forecasting in planning area.On the basis of the load forecasting work,this paper considers the influence of the new factors on the variable selection of planning model,the setting of objective function and the setting of constraint conditions in the distribution network planning model under the background of energy Internet,combined with the status of urban power distribution network planning,It also analyses the existing assessment methods and the way of planning comparison in the distribution network planning,and puts forward the optimization model of distribution network planning under the background of energy Internet,we also make an empirical simulation of the regional planning based on the new model from two dimensions which contains technical and economic analysis to help realize the optimization of the distribution network planning method and reasonable selection of the planning scheme.Finally,combining with the principle of distribution network planning,this paper puts forward the guiding strategy of distribution network planning under the background of energy Internet from the aspects of technical support,multiple integration and method optimization in order to guide the rational planning of distribution network.Overall,different from the traditional method of distribution network planning,the research on the optimization of distribution network planning based on energy Internet will have extensive and far-reaching significance for the distribution network planning of current power grid companies.Through multi-objective optimization and the quantitative of various factors,it can help to achieve improvement of the complex distribution network planning model under the new environment.The model can also provide further guidance for power grid planning and deal with the challenge which could emerge in the power grid planning work to realize the rationalization of distribution network planning.
