The large amount of sulfur dioxide emissions will lead to serious environmental problems that undermine the ecological environment,such as acid rain,corroded plants,forests and buildings,and more serious harm to human health.Therefore,in our country,strict control of sulfur dioxide emissions has become an urgent problem to be solved in this society,but also an important way to maintain sustainable development.At present,most of the thermal power plants in China,the highest desulfurization efficiency and the highest depth of the technology is the burning of the original flue gas desulfurization(FGD).In this paper,the problems such as improper selection of various parameters in the actual operation of Fengzhen Power Plant desulfurization system,corrosion and efficiency instability,and the normal operation of high sulfur coal burning system which may be encountered in the same period are carried out.Optimization analysis.So that the unit in the stable operation and flue gas emissions meet the national requirements of the emission standards at the same time,cost savings.Limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology as a use of the most extensive and most mature technology,I have been in most of the production of thermal power plants have been widely used.At present,most of the domestic thermal power plant put into use in the desulfurization system,the majority of desulphurization equipment and parts for the import,resulting in a serious obstruction of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology to promote the use of the drawbacks,that is,desulfurization technology investment costs Too high,late maintenance difficulties.Through the operation of the desulfurization system can be seen in the desulfurization technology can be seen,there are still many unreasonable design and operation.Therefore,through a variety of optimization,can make my plant flue gas desulfurization system in the operation of the indicators and parameters to achieve the best condition.The optimization of desulphurization system is multifaceted.In this paper,the 200 MW unit desulfurization system in the operation of Fengzhen Power Plant in Inner Mongolia is taken as an example.The following models of the system are analyzed separately: 1 The PH value of the slurry in the desulfurization absorber of the factory is recorded and analyzed.2 is compared with the concentration of the slurry in the desulfurization absorption tower and the concentration of each component.3 The main equipment of the desulfurization system,such as vacuum belt,oxidation fan,slurry circulation pump,etc.,to record the use of time and corrosion.In this paper,the output of the main equipment such as coal mill,oxidation fan and so on of the desulfurization system is observed and recorded in order to save the cost and save the high sulfur coal.After the analysis,the data are analyzed based on the operation data.Desulfurization system can be long-term stable operation,so that the system under the premise of cost savings in safe operation.In this paper,the factors of flue gas flow,inlet flue gas sulfur dioxide concentration,absorption tower slurry PH value,absorption tower slurry density,gypsum supersaturation,liquid to gas ratio were analyzed.From the above analysis of the main factors affecting the output and efficiency of the desulfurization system,through practical experience and analysis of these factors,several projects that can be further optimized,such as the slurry pH and the operation mode of the slurry circulation pump,Belt conveyor dehydration system.Through the basic means of some research,such as testing,comparison,testing,etc.,will be able to optimize the control of several key projects to adjust,in as little as possible to change the mode of operation under the premise of improving the plant flue gas desulfurization system,the overall desulfurization efficiency,While meeting the city's Environmental Protection Agency in the provisions of the flue gas sulfur dioxide emissions concentration requirements,reduce the burden on the environment.In addition,the paper also observed and recorded the corrosion of the main equipment and parts of the desulphurization system and the removal of fouling for a period of time,and put forward the guidance for the desulphurization system of the plant.After optimization and adjustment of the new parameters under the safe and stable operation,and on this basis to make our plant economy is guaranteed.
