The rational planning of power network and the safe and stable operation of the power grid have an irreplaceable role in the rapid economic development and social harmony and stability.According to the Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation to promote "double power supply,double line and double access" and "three double" mode,the characteristics of the Chengxi business district comprehensive Zhuji City,the Chengxi business district as a pilot area of three double wiring.If the construction and upgrading of the distribution network in the region,there will be a greater possibility to make the distribution of power supply reliability in this area has been improved.Combined with the actual work experience and the actual planning needs of the West Business District of Zhuji City,this paper carries out the research on the "three double" planning of Zhuji Chengxi business district.This paper first introduces the future overall planning of Chengxi business district in Zhuji City including the function,the planning of regional spatial layout and construction development situation,and the presentation of 110 kV and 10 kV power grid in the area is analyzed.Planning cannot do without the work of load forecasting,this paper proposes spatial load forecasting method based on load density method,puts forward the planning area in accordance with the size of the space is divided into blocks,block space division method of functional zoning,zoning,and in accordance with the current direction of the node load is divided into user load layer,low voltage main line load layer,feeder load layer and substation layer level is established,based on the analysis of the load level and space partition on vision load,to the Chengxi business district in short-term load forecasting.With the "three double" wiring requirements,put forward the overall goal,ideas and planning principles.Construction of the power grid in Chengxi based on senior grid is carried out.The planning work is done from the year of near distance and long distance,cable laying position and distribution room installation.Investment estimation is proposed.This work extends the application of advanced connection mode in city planning in the distribution network.The future application of "three double" in the actual planning in power system will be promoted based on the existing experience and lessons.
