Research On Grid Load Analysis And Development Planning For The Jiang Yan,TaiZhou Power Supply Area

Taking “building economical society and realize sustainable development” as the guiding ideology and speeding up the “new countryside,new power and new service” is essential conditions to realize the power supply and the national economy sustainable coordinate development.In this paper,in order to adapt to the development of city construction requirements of TaiZhou and achieve “economic development,power first”,the study is based on the relevant electric power planning standard guideline and JiangYan economic development level,and analyzes the load characteristics and planning of the distribution network of JiangYan power supply area.Firstly,based on the analysis of JiangYan overall situation and social and economic development of Taizhou,this paper is focused on the status of JiangYan urban distribution network and the existing problems,in which 110 kV high voltage distribution network lays special stress on the substations,high-voltage lines,grid structure and operation situation,points out main transformer of three 110 k V substations don't meet N-1 check,but the lines can meet the high voltage line "N-1" calibration and its power grid capacity-load ratio is 2.6 and the average load rate is 38.5%.The 10 k V medium-voltage distribution network is focused on the situation of grid and tie-line,the situation of lines and distribution transformer operation.Low voltage distribution network is focused on the power supply radius,the average capacity of distribution transformer and distribution transformer load rate of the low voltage station areas and so on.What's more,the problems in the operation of the power grid are graded.Secondly,based on the historical electric power load data of JiangYan,the recent loads and prospective loads of JiangYan urban distribution network are predicted,using the spatial prediction method.In this way,the final prediction results are given,and the recent load forecast and mid-long term load forecast are realized.Thirdly,in this paper,on the basis of load forecasting,the high,medium and low voltage distribution network planning results are obtained,through making a deep analysis of the scheme objectives and technical principles of JiangYan urban distribution network and taking power supply reliability as planning objective.This results is about the scheme level year(2017),the scheme target year(2020)and the scheme prospect year(2030 to load saturation year).What's more,there are 28 indicators for the power supply reliability and power supply capacity,which ca n evaluate the scheme effect quantitatively.
