Large supermarkets since the end of the century was introduced to China after decades of development,the number has reached a certain scale,at the same time each year is still growing at a certain speed,but sales growth is showing a declining trend,but due to the impact of the slowdown in China’s economic growth and the development of electronic commerce in recent years,the supermarket industry appeared in sales slowdown,the decline in corporate profits,business model needs to be changed,common problems urgent need to improve the efficiency and profit.Along with China’s supermarket industry has entered a period of slow growth,a rough scale growth mode is unable to cope with the fierce business competition,enterprises need to change the mode of operation,pay attention to store quality,especially for interior design,through meticulous management of endogenous growth to achieve sales growth,enhance the store profit efficiency,on the other hand,increasing people gradually change in lifestyle and quality of life at the same time,the humanization design of the supermarket interior also raised new expectations.Therefore,to meet the new demands of customers in new period,enhance customer satisfaction,but also improve the supermarket management level and store profit efficiency,achieve the bilateral value,has become a supermarket enterprise must face and solve problems.In this paper,the supermarket as the research object,the human factors engineering into the internal design of the supermarket,first of all,through the study of people because of internal engineering and design of supermarket related theory and review,summarized and analyzed the related people Supermarket internal design because of engineering factors,including customer moving line design,ergonomic design and scale customer psychological factors in three categories,the formation of human factors in the supermarket interior design is relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis and reference standard.Then,combining with the example of the supermarket,based on customer satisfaction questionnaire on possible examples of supermarket interior design human factors in engineering problems were investigated and analyzed the reference to the design of these three factors,analysis and present situation and problems.Aiming at the problems found through field investigation,to find out the causes behind the problems existing at last according to the survey,the results of the analysis,the existing instance supermarket within human factors in design engineering problems and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,hoping to provide help for the operation and management of the supermarket,through improved design to improve customer satisfaction,retain customers,and enhance the supermarket operation performance,achieve the bilateral value,more hope to provide reference for the popularization and application of the supermarket industry in the interior design from the aspect of the.The main contribution of this paper lies in: the human factors engineering into the current research is still relatively small in terms of the internal layout design of the supermarket,formed the ergonomics in the supermarket interior design is relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis and reference standards,and through the analysis of specific examples and investigation,found the supermarket internal ergonomics in design the problems,and puts forward suggestions to improve the design,ergonomics and related research results are applied to practice,in the micro operation,which provides a new way for the design and improvement of the supermarket inside.
