With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the research on alternative solutions for new pure refrigerants has been regarded as the core of future technology development strategy by many refrigeration enterprises.At the same time,the enterprise has transformed from providing individual products and services to be a provider of systems and whole solutions.In the process of new product development,trial-manufacture,assembly and testing is an indispensable process of small batch production.Generally speaking,the mass production of products will have more strict production and assembly process,especially large air-conditioning systems have more mature trial production management.However,for the trial production stage of small refrigeration system,there is no relatively perfect trial production process file which is relying on random assembly on the site and the experience of workers to carry out.So that the trial production project efficiency is low,at the same time the required labor and experimental testing costs can not be accurately estimated and the costs are high and unreasonable.Program management is an extremely important part of new product development.In this paper,the trial-production process of a small refrigeration system project is taken as a schedule planning and management project.The management method of human factors engineering is used to improve the efficiency and reduce the schedule.The organic combination of human factors engineering and project schedule management is applied to the improvement of trial-production and assembly process.From the perspective of human factor engineering,this paper adopts the research method of IE,studies the field work flow,decomposes it with WBS,rearranges and optimizes it with program analysis method,5W1 H and ECRSI,so as to achieve higher efficiency in trial production and assembling.At the same time,the improved scheme USES CPM,PERT and FT technology to compress the project schedule and reduce the project cost while improving the efficiency.Then,based on the comparison of before and after optimization process,construction period and cost,the overall optimization and human factor's evaluation was carried out to form a set of complete and efficient pilot production and test process guidance documents for small refrigeration equipment.Finally,the strategy of trial production is planned with the idea of modularity,AHP methodology and SPSS.The research results show that the trial production efficiency is significantly improved.The duration of the high-end machine project is reduced by 58.18% and the cost is reduced by 42.87% after the improvement with guaranteed quality;Up to two trial missions per day;The balance rate is 81.54%.The formed technological process can be disassembled,the working hours can be counted and the cost can be estimated,which has a good guiding significance for similar planning projects in the future.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to prioritize the trial-production tasks qualitatively and quantitatively,the SPSS is also used to find the regulation of parameters for previous adjusting so as to clarify the future trial-production plan,avoid the invalid,redundant and repeated process in the trial-production process,reduce the cost,improve the success probability of trial-production,and create value for enterprises and customers.
