A Study On Interior Design Of Small Electric Airplane

Responding to the new era of innovative development of science and technology,it has become one of the important development directions in aviation field to accelerate the innovative development of small electric airplane.The interior space of cockpit is the main activity space for aviator to complete flight mission,so that the interior design is becoming an important part in the design of small electric airplane.Compared with traditional energy diminutive airplane,the development of small electric airplane has raised more diverse design requirements for the interior design of cockpit,with the sustainable development of technical aeronautics,the interior design in the traditional sense has been transformed from simple to complicated recurrently,mainly satisfying the demand on faction,while it lacks for the application of human factor engineering.The interior design of new electric airplane takes more consideration about the comfort and experience feeling of aviator and passenger.In this paper,it takes the digital model of RX4 E airplane as research carrier,and by means of the course of industrial design,it has research on the interior design of four-seater small electric airplane.Firstly,it has analysis and research on the development and status of small electric airplane at home and abroad.Then,from the aspects of human factor of display control interface of cockpit,human factor of aviator,and the comfort of interior design,it has analysis on the human factor of small electric airplane;and then,from the perspectives of region partition,space environment,and CMF,it analyzes the design considerations of interior space of small electric airplane;on the basis of it,with the combination of Kansei Engineering,it has elements deconstruction and recombination of interior space of small electric airplane,so that it can conform the location of design of interior space in the cockpit of small electric airplane.Finally,by means of contrast analysis of the plans and model verification,it can complete the interior design of RX4 E four-seater airplane,and explore the new thought and new method of industrial design in the design of RX4 E airplane of small electric airplane,which can provide research basis for the further exploration on the concept of interior design of small electric airplane at a deeper level.
