Due to the complex structure of variable frequency speed regulating rectifier transformer,it is difficult to accurately calculate their short circuit resistance.The field circuit coupling's three-dimensional finite element method can more accurately calculate the transformer leakage magnetic field and its distribution of split branch current,and provide referential basis for the calculation and reasonable design of variable frequency speed regulating rectifier transformer's short circuit resistance.According to the needs of engineering design,it is necessary to regulate the design direction.By adopting the advantages of excel visualization and interactive features and combining with Magnet software,write suitable and high-degree automatic program for variable frequency speed regulating rectifiers,therefore avoid repetitive work and improve efficiency.In order to create multiple coil structure size and a variety of coil mutual position transformer model through study of complex-structure variable frequency speed regulating rectifier transformer and Program,explore the energy of operating mode and analyze distribution of magnetic flux leakage,and then provide referential basis for product design.Write program.With the help of computer,by using Geometric mean distance method to calculate the leakage reactance of transformer,get the impedance of transformer and put forward the referential significance of Geometric mean distance method on calculating transformer's leakage reactance.
