| At present, the rectifier transformer through the short-circuit impedance and division of short-circuit impedance is one of the key technical problems in design of short-circuit impedance, and users of the increasingly high demand. The use of traditional empirical formula for the calculation of short-circuit impedance error is very big, is often required in the production process of multiple control of semi-finished products of the coil height in order to meet the design requirements, time-consuming and laborious, but can not guarantee the delivery time. Therefore, study of dry-type rectifier transformer leakage magnetic field and short-circuit impedance characteristics, for the development of the product design has important engineering application value and scientific significance.The main work of this paper are as follows:(1) In the dry-type rectifier transformer structure and electrical characteristics on the basis of the analysis, retaining its on leakage magnetic field and short-circuit impedance in some influential and as far as possible to maintain the original structure features, using software MagNet to establish a dry-type transformers3D leakage magnetic field calculation of equivalent model for engineering application, provides an analysis of train of thought;(2) The use of MagNet field-circuit coupling finite element method, calculated by three typical structure of dry-type rectifier transformer in normal operation when the leakage magnetic field, and through the magnetic energy is calculated by the method of short-circuit impedance percentage under different working conditions;(3) Using MagNet script system, establish the typical structure of the dry-type rectifier transformer parametric model, thus, avoiding repeated work, improve the calculation efficiency; use of three products of short-circuit impedance test results, on the magnetic field energy method for calculating short-circuit impedance results are verified, which shows that, calculation the method is reliable, able to meet the requirements of product design.Through the study of this subject, realize the product short-circuit impedance design a test, replacing the semi-finished regulating coil height in order to meet the requirements of the link impedance, improves the production efficiency. Not only reduces the material cost, also guarantees the delivery time, improve the company’s reputation. |
