With the rapid development of national economy in our country,our country also became one of the larger coal energy consumption in the world,heaped on coal energy consumption,will not only causing severe damage to our environment,the atmosphere serious pollution,waste cost on economic growth and bring more economic losses.As an important part of our country electric power industry,power station of production input is mainly for its important energy use,the steam coal as the increase of production,thermal coal consumption increasing,increasingly improve of our country's coal prices,a big impact on the production development of plant,greatly increased the economic cost of power plant.Under the background of the current our country advocates energy conservation and emissions reduction,plant reduces the energy consumption of steam coal has become a hot topic in the current social development.In order to better solve the problem of generating cost,improve the economic benefit of power plant,the coal blending technology is widely used,in terms of lower prices,improve efficiency plays a big role in promoting.This paper in-depth research,mainly in power plant boiler particular unit as the research object,the experiment study on the technology about,to determine the needs for a power plant boiler unit of coal blending scheme,further to ensure the safety of the unit production,reduce the enterprise production economic cost.To this,this paper analyzed the technology at home and abroad about the research status quo,pointed out our country power station on the urgency of the technical research about;Second,from the concept,principle and application about aspects,in-depth analysis of the technology about the core;Then,with the actual unit as an example,put forward the scheme and test methods about combustion of boiler to determine the \ "grinding powder,direct firing furnace of blending\" way,sulfur coal hill with 0.4% and 0.4% of lignite blending,blending ratio of 3:1,can achieve 5000 calories,and through the adjustment of the coal pulverizing system,increase the efficiency of unit;Finally,demonstrated by the experimental results,the solution about combustion of power plant boiler unit has certain feasibility.
