Electric information collection system is not only an important part to construct smart grid,but also an important method to carry out two-way interactive services,achieve marketing intelligence management,and promote the distributed energy access.Since 2009,the two power grid corporation have promoted the system “full coverage,full collection,full cost”,the data collection success rate has improved but not reached to the required standard 98%.Therefore,we need to analyse the factors those inpact the rate from two parts: technology and management,like communication network,construction,operation and maintenance management,to conduct a comprehensive survey and an objective analysis,and then take measures for the weak parts.To achieve intelligent monitoring and diagnostic targets,and enhance the success rate of electricity information collection,meet the needs of the integration of the business,management and so on.The construction and application of the system are affected by two factors: technology and management,specifically related to the communication support network,the master station software,terminal equipment,measurement and testing,installation,operation and maintenance,and other different aspects.In this paper,the research is carried out in view of the low acquisition rate and the difficulty of system maintenance,the research aims at improving the success rate and diagnosis for terminal equipments.First of all,this article is analyzed hierarchical structure and functional features of the system,to obtain possible factors restricting the success rate,and then use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to get the influence degree of various factors,to realize the expression and analysis by the number.secondly,based on the above results,the key factors are measuring equipment and acquisition equipment,the analysis on diagnosis technology is focused on.Finally,a diagnosis model based on BP neural network is constructed,this model is based on the function structure,acquisition business,and data flow.In combination with the data recorded and fault information,the diagnosis model is simulated in the MATLAB software,the experimental results show that the equipment diagnosis model which is proposed in the paper is highly similar to actual failure,the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified.
