In the environment of low-carbon and energy-saving,all the countries around the world are developing energy-saving industries.In the promotion of "Internet +" intelligent energy development guidance(Development and Reform Energy [2016] No.392),China proposed to accelerate the intelligent energy consumption and construct energy efficiency information monitoring system.In general,energy efficiency monitoring system refers to the combination of hardware platforms and software systems which can use terminals and remote transmission means to achieve real-time energy efficiency monitoring and analysis.It is a trend to improve the efficiency of energy using through the intelligent means of energy efficiency monitoring,the adoption of indicators such as energy efficiency assessment methods to analyze the energy efficiency.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)A residential energy efficiency monitoring and analysis system is designed for the purpose of energy efficiency monitoring and analysis.Firstly,the whole framework of the system is set up,and kinds of function are analyzed such as analyzing the electricity consumption data of the monitoring system,the energy saving function,the equipment management and energy saving service.The system function flow chart is presented.(2)The hierarchical structure of energy efficiency monitoring and analysis system is proposed.The system is divided into four layers: energy consumption information collection layer,data layer,network transmission layer and application display layer.Through the analysis of energy efficiency monitoring scenario and use case,the role of energy efficiency monitoring is clarified,and information interaction between roles is combed.Then extract the energy efficiency monitoring process and determine the communication means.(3)Design the energy efficiency monitoring and analysis function module and the collector terminal module.Acquisition management module,energy consumption information transmission module,energy consumption information processing module,energy consumption information display module and demand response module are respectively designed and realized.Based on Oracle database technology,energy efficiency data is stored and query.Based on B / S structure,the system can achieve energy efficiency data interaction.(4)The analysis method of energy efficiency analysis subsystem is put forward.The thesis analyzes the electricity consumption characteristics,the load trend and the energy saving level of the intelligent equipment in the household.Secondly,using AHP and G1 group method and entropy weight method,establish the energy efficiency evaluation index system;Finally,an analysis algorithm for analyzing the user's energysaving capability and the power load forecasting based on the load forecasting algorithm are proposed,which can provide the basis for the development of energysaving strategies.The energy efficiency monitoring and analysis system of residential users can realtimely monitor and analyze the energy consumption of residential users,and provide support for energy-saving strategies.
