Fan is one of the major power plant auxiliary equipment;consumption of the fan power accounts 2-3%of total power generation.With the increase of the power plant operation load and reformation project,parameters matching and energy saving efficiency indexdetermines the direction of optimization.Thus,reducing the power consumption of the fan method is worth studying.No matter which way the desulfurization denitration fan,through the comparison in aspects of economy,performance and installation to meet the design requirements,energy conservation and economic two-way coupling.In actual operation the coal-fired power plant based on induced draft fan didn't work productivly in the condition of high efficiency fan and inefficient operation.The compatibility,installation and maintenance of pipeline system,and with the fan efficiency and the economic efficiency of the plant itself.Because of the power plants on a large scale the compatibilizing modified to reduce energy consumption,in the air distribution system synchronization of induced draft fan system upgrade,through optimization design in order to achieve optimal economic benefit.This design to meet the air distribution requirements after the power plant desulfurization denitration of induced draft fan air distribution system,put forward a kind of induced draft fan air distribution system optimization design,can meet the requirements of air distribution system,and can achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection,reduce cost,and try to shorten the time limit for a project.In order to lessons from the engineering example,little detours,design a more appropriate retrofit scheme,first induced draft fan in other power plant,the air distribution system for case study,and through the analysis of the problems arising from the scheme in the actual production process and the role of,adjust measures to local conditions to design the suitable for this system induced draft fan air distribution system reform scheme,which led to add or move the fan solutions as the dominant.
