In recent years,the global climate deteriorated,the traditional fossil fuel vehicles have been challenged,the rapid development of electric vehicles.Electric vehicle charging load in time and space has a certain random,electric vehicle random charge will lead to distribution network load peak increase,affecting the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.To provide users with qualified power quality,distribution network needs to be capacity expansion,in the form of electricity market,the power companies pay more and more attention to the cost of distribution network efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to study the cost-effectiveness of electric vehicles to improve the cost performance of distribution networks.The regional distribution network is composed of a variety of electricity load,the analysis of residential area electricity load,the commercial sector electricity load and government departments electricity consumption of electricity law,for different load on the electric car with different orderly charge Strategy,residential area and government departments of the electric car night longer parking time,there is sufficient charging time,this paper presents a peak and valley based on the price of electricity charging strategy;commercial district electric vehicle parking is relatively concentrated,shorter docking time,And the commercial area price is higher,this article uses V2 G mode for orderly charge and discharge control.Taking into account the different types of regional distribution network of electricity consumption of electricity consumption of different laws,different types of load between the space to form a complementary.In order to achieve the purpose of regional distribution network to cut the peak and fill the valley,in the residential area,government departments and commercial district electricity load on the basis of a single point of orderly charge to make space in the complementary,so as to further reduce the distribution network peak Valley difference.To provide users with qualified power quality,distribution network needs to upgrade.According to the different electric vehicle access mode to plan the distribution network,by calculating the cost performance index of distribution network to reflect the merits of distribution network planning program.The efficiency of the peak-valley price delay charging method is verified by the simulation of the peak-valley price delay in the residential area and the government department users.By checking the charging load in the V2 G mode,the V2 G control strategy is verified Effectiveness.Taking the main feeder of the IEEE-RBTS Bus5 system as an example,the time-space complementary and ordered charging simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the time-space complementary charging strategy.Respectively,the calculation of the electric car under different access modes of the original distribution network power quality.According to the different access modes of electric vehicles,the distribution network planning is carried out,and the cost-effective calculation is used to verify the optimal scheme of time-space complementary ordered charging scheme.
