Environmental pollution and energy crisis have become two difficult problems in today's world.EV has offered important means to solve such two difficult problems characterized by its clean and efficient strengths.Owing to the fact that the charge behaviors of consumers of EV has the randomness in time and space,a large quantity of uncontrolled EV charge load has brought about huge effect on the safety of distribution network and economic operation. Therefore,it is particularly vital to build module of EV charge load, analyze effect on distribution network and put forward corresponding orderly charging strategy. The paper first analyzes the factors to affect EV charge load, taking overall consideration of discrepancy in consumers' travelling regularity on two occasions of weekdays and weekends, and build module by using means of Monte Carlo;then,it makes transformation about the IEEE 33 node system, dividing node into node of working area and node in residential area, takes sample of the access nodes and driving parameters of every vehicle according to probability and gets the power flow distribution of distribution network.By analyze the effect on distribution network load peak and off-peak difference, load variance, voltage deviation, network loss in different permeability, and draws the conclusion of necessity for EV charge dispatch; Then,it puts forward the single real-time dispatch strategy, with the minimum of load variance as target functions, makes solutions for charging period by adopting amended GA,and analyzes the effect on distribution network of disordered charge and load variance. The findings show that single real-time dispatch strategy can reduce the load peak and off-peak difference and load variance, improves system voltage level during peak hours, and lowers the grid loss;At last, aiming at the problem that single real-time dispatch strategy cannot reduce the peak load,it puts forward the V2 G pattern real-time scheduling strategy.By dividing the peak hours with fuzzy clustering method, with the minimum of load variance and consumer charging cost as target functions, make solutions by using amended PSO.It analyzes the effect of disordered charge, single real-time dispatch strategy, and V2 G pattern real-time scheduling strategy on distribution network. The findings show that by comparison with the single real-time dispatch strategy,V2 G pattern real-time scheduling strategy can achieve peak shaving and off-peak filling, lower the negative load peak and off-peak difference, load variance, voltage deviation as well as network loss rate, improve system voltage, and greatly reduce charging cost of consumers.
