| Nowadays faced with the pressure brought by the energy crisis and environmental pollution,Making full use of new energy is one of the effective methods to solve the current crisis of fossil energy.The random load fluctuation brought by large-scale electric vehicles(EVs)and new energy connection has a great impact on the stable operation of power grid and the planning of power grid.The load demand caused by the random charging of EVs has brought great pressure to the original capacity of the distribution network,which also makes the peak-valley difference of the distribution network increase..When the demand of power grid capacity is not satisfied,if the distribution network capacity expansion solution is adopted,the equipment utilization rate will be low,which does not meet the requirements of the distribution network lean management.Therefore,the reasonable charging and discharging strategy for large-scale electric vehicles can not only reduce the peak load of the regional distribution network,but also promote the consumption of distributed photovoltaic power generation,which is of great significance to the planning and safe operation of the distribution network.Aiming at the problem of grid overload and increase of peak-valley difference caused by large-scale unordered charging of EVs,an orderly charging method for EVs based on power line carrier communication is proposed based on the study of residential areas.Without increasing the capacity of the distribution network,it can basically meet the charging needs of one EV per family.At the same time,the method of orderly charge and discharge control and load peak-load regulation in residential areas including V2 G was proposed,and the model of orderly charge and discharge control and load peak-load regulation was established with the maximization of power supply revenue as the objective function and the participation rate of V2 G and the maximum load peak-load reduction as the optimized variables,and the simulation verification was carried out.On this basis,a model of orderly charge-discharge control and load peak-load regulation in vehicle-light complementary residential areas with V2 G is established,which makes full use of the peak-filling capacity of EVs and the ability to suppress the randomness of photovoltaic output.It not only brings greater benefits to the owners of EVs and power supply investors,but also promotes the consumption of new energy.Particle swarm optimization is used to solve the above model,and the validity of the method is verified.Taking a regional distribution network as an example,the efficiency cost of different planning schemes is analyzed by considering the orderly access of residential communities,government and commercial power load,as well as photovoltaic and EVs.Reasonable EVs charging and discharging strategy can effectively relieve the overload pressure of distribution network caused by EVs charging,improve the utilization rate of distribution equipment,promote the consumption of new energy,and further reduce the cost of power grid upgrading. |
