With the rapid development of new energy generation technology and the increasing number of electric vehicles,the disorderly charging behavior of electric vehicles has brought great pressure to the safe operation of the power system.In order to solve the problem that electric vehicles are difficult to dispatch,enhance the security and stability of the power grid,and improve the economic benefits of the owners and charging stations,this project carries out the research on the orderly charging and discharging strategy of electric vehicles considering the operation risk of the distribution network and the space-time characteristics of electric vehicles.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,combining the time and space characteristics of electric vehicles,the user’s travel chain,the response willingness to participate in scheduling,battery characteristics,temperature,road characteristics and other factors,a method for establishing a space-time load model is proposed,and the load in the study area is simulated,which solves the problem that the model parameters in the commonly used space-time load modeling methods of electric vehicles do not conform to the user’s actual random travel characteristics,Make the time and space load predicted by this research model closer to the real situation.Secondly,this paper proposes a method for formulating the risk indicators of distribution network operation with multiple types of electric vehicles.According to the economic operation mode of distribution network,the short-term and long-term safety risk indicators of distribution network are created.Compared with the commonly used deterministic assessment,it is proved that the indicators are more in line with the actual situation.According to the risk indicators proposed above,the comprehensive risk index matrix of different types of electric vehicles connected to the distribution network is established,and the comprehensive risk of the distribution network is evaluated by using the principal component analysis technology,so as to avoid data deviation caused by excessive subjective factors.Finally,an orderly charging and discharging strategy considering the time-space characteristics of electric vehicles and the owner’s time cost is proposed,aiming at minimizing the owner’s charging cost and the distribution network risk penalty cost,to provide the owner with the best charging station selection and charging and discharging scheme arrangement.The simulation results of the IEEE33-node distribution network model show that the proposed optimized charging and discharging strategy can reduce the charging cost of vehicle owners,improve the revenue of charging stations,and improve the utilization rate of charging piles,and reduce the risk of safe operation of the distribution network through peak shaving and valley filling,which provides a certain guiding significance for dispatchers.
