With the increase of load peak-valley difference caused by the change of power structure of power grid, the operation mode of large-capacity units has gradually changed. In order to ensure the safe,high-quality and economic operation of North China power system, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of power enterprises, and promote the coordinated development of power grid operation enterprises and grid-connected power plants, two detailed rules were issued in North China Power Grid at the end of 2008.This paper introduces the current situation of coordinated control of power enterprises under the "two rules" assessment system of domestic power grid. This paper introduces the current evaluation rules of "two rules" and the status quo of unit 7 in Zhangjiakou Power Plant. In 2017,the overall performance index of AGC of the unit is poor, resulting in greater economic losses. This paper analyses the coordinated control strategy of the unit. The subsystems of unit coordinated control at present are analyzed in detail, including combustion control system, air supply control system, furnace pressure control system, overheating control system and reheat control system. For this unit, other problems affecting the coordinated control of the unit are analyzed.Aiming at the problem, the optimization scheme is studied, and some of the schemes are implemented, and the optimization effect is verified. After optimization, the quality of unit coordination has been improved, and the performance index of AGC assessed by "two rules" has been significantly increased. This research process provides ideas for the optimization of coordinated control system of seven other units in Zhangjiakou Power Plant.
