Landscape Resources Evaluation And Utilization Analysis Of Fengshan National Ecological Agricultural Park

To emancipate the mind and speed up development,using the excellent landscape resources as poverty-relief weapon,"Fengshan National Ecological Agricultural Park" was established on Fengshan county.While landscape resources evaluation was quiet important to protection and exploitation of the precious landscape resources in Fengshan National Ecological Agricultural Park.This paper evaluated and analysis the landscape resources of Fengshan National Ecological Agricultural Park which emphasized scientific,operability and systematicness.The main result as follow:(1)Landscape resources type and characteristic of Fengshan National Ecological Agricultural Park was analyzed using literature analysis field investigations method.Result shown that it has all the two big types(natural landscape and human landscape),eight medium types(sky landscape,ground landscape,water landscape,biological landscape,garden landscape,architecture landscape,famous historical site and custom products,the ratio were 5.3%,43.22%,25.13%,24.12%,30.15%,10.50%,12.60%,46.24%,respectively)and forty of all seventy minute types.For the forty minute landscape types,twenty one were natural landscape and nineteen were human landscape.The totality landscape type in the park was one hundred and ninety four.Those landscape resources had five characteristic:abundant types,high value ground landscape,unique agricultural landscape,rich culture and widespread.(2)Using Delphi method,landscape resources evaluation system was established.Weighting exponent evaluation system index was calculated and the importance of those index was ranked using analytic hierarchy process method based on result of questionnaires to experts.Finally,landscape resources evaluation model for Fengshan National Ecological Agricultural Park was obtained.Comprehensive evaluation layer weighting exponent as follow:ecological environment level(46.32%),landscape resource value(38.10%),utilization condition(15.58%).Macro factors evaluation layer weighting exponent as follow:ecological quality(29.65%),aesthetic value(19.61%),environment quality(16.67%),scientific culture value(10.65%),locational condition(9.01%),social value(7.84%),current situation condition(6.58%).Micro factors evaluation layer weighting exponent as follow:ecological sensitivity(16.16%),ecosystem diversity(13.49%),atmospheric environmental quality(5.80%),landscape feel(5.54%),communication traffic conditions(5.45%),strange degrees(5.37%),recreational value(5.34%),cultural value(4.81%),water environment quality(4.56%),land environment quality(4.43%),geographical location(3.57%),historical value(3.17%),diversity(3.13%),integrity(3.05%),scientific value(2.68%),harmony(2.53%),production of use value(2.50%),acoustic environment quality(1.87%),government support(1.65%),awareness(1.54%),livability(1.50%),financial situation(0.97%),developable recognition(0.92%).(3)Landscape resources for nine sectorizations included in park were performed fuzzy evaluation and compared based on local residents and tourist questionnaires and evaluation model using fuzzy evaluation method.Rank for landscape resource evaluation result of each sectorizations as follow:rare plant and ecological science area(very good,4.1173)>macrobiotic leisure agriculture area(very good,3.7957)>valley circulation agriculture demonstration area(good,3.7612)>comprehensive service area(good,3.6897)>art painting rural tourist area(good,3.6874)>mountain agricultural demonstration area(general,3.1864)>rocky desertification characteristic agriculture demonstration area(general,3.1604)>adventure drive area(poor,3.1593)>rock hill conservation area(poor,2.9450).The final result of landscape resource evaluation for this park was "good" and the potential of development and utilization was great.There are still some problems for landscape resource utilization:1.agriculture landscape resource was nebbish;2.scientific value,recreation value needed to be improved;3.ecologically fragile desertification control were difficult;4.traffic and communication condition were poor;5.landscape resources characteristics exploitation was insufficient.To solve those problems,some advises were proposed:integrate agriculture landscape resource and improve propaganda;improve infrastructure and increased recreation programs with high participation;scientific planning and pay attention to ecological restoration;Optimization public transport and universal coverage communication network;exploit resources characteristics and raise awareness.
