In recent years,along with our country people's income growth,the development of economy,the benefits of red wine to the human body also been generally recognized by the people,and red wine on the table in China also gradually generalization,so China has become the fastest-growing countries in red wine market.At the same time,because of the growth of the wine industry,wine tourism is also more and more attention by modern people,since 2001,when China's first winery changyu castel chateau is completed,China emerged slowly more and more wine.Chateau originated in Europe,so the design of the previous western wine style is European style is given priority to,although the development of wine industry in China is relatively late,along with our country economy level of ascension,however,in recent decades of development,our country not only become a great nation of wine production,and is also a big consumers.Wine industry in our country has received the unprecedented attention,in this context,many unique characteristics of the our country winery is built,and produce with our country characteristic taste of wine.Due to China since the 1990 s double cease day system,institutional vacation time increase greatly,the Chinese people's enthusiasm for all kinds of leisure activities is also burst out.Under the background of the consumption culture in the contemporary society,the development of the modern winery in gradually pay much attention to cultural aspects in the process of mining,and pay attention to integration of traditional chateau function advantages,at the same time,also with the demand of people's life quality,on the basis of the new functional area.In order to do China's chateau consistent with consumer culture background,chateau in terms of functional,shall be meet the needs of all kinds of consumer groups,such as not only has the traditional chateau wine,planting and so on,also should have leisure,parties,movie and so on various aspects of functional space.The earliest Chinese winery design main western wine,with the development of society and progress,is now with our country characteristic for construction style of Chinese wine.In this article,through reading through materials,research methods such as first lists for wine and red wine at home and abroad,research on related topics to make a statement in this paper,the research content and method.Then introduces the origin and development of wine,and with wine in the west and China winery,emphatically elaborated in the context of consumer culture design how to development of Chinese wine,and lists the consumption culture of chateau design all kinds of influence.At last,through the design of project example-Dudionysus chateau is analyzed.Dudionysus chateau's main design concept is: on not completely abandon the traditional winery design,to join the Chinese characteristics,Chinese culture and wine culture organic integration,the culture as the souls of the chateau,build a chateau in planning style overall bone architecture,landscape and architectural design to add content to wine and color,combining functionality and practicality,meet the demand of various consumer groups,make the chateau full enrichment.Finally,marketing planning personnel can work for the whole of chateau good operations and income to lay a good foundation for later.Hope this chateau project summarizing the results of the theory of winery's construction in our country can be later to provide some useful reference and enlightenment.
