With China’s sustained and rapid economic development,economic and administrative system reform unceasing deepening,the government continues to decentralization,the construction industry output steady growth,but the quality of construction engineering defects is still not optimistic,the existing government supervision mode has been difficult to adapt to the new situation and the development of market economy,building information model(BIM)appears to construction the engineering quality supervision of government to bring new opportunity to the use of information technology,digitalization and visualization methods of project management are unified,based on traditional regulatory process,integrated the advantages of BIM technology to build the process of government regulation of quality of construction project based on BIM,this method realizes the optimization,in advance of supervision and efficient and convenient afterwards and has a certain practical significance and good application value.First,based on related literatures at home and abroad,the current construction project quality supervision of the government,BIM national level policy document on the selected main content for the study of government regulation model of construction project quality based on BIM,and determined the technical route of this paper.Second,the government introduced the construction project quality supervision and management direction of development overview,connotation and characteristics,development stage,the contents of supervision,supervision and BIM characteristics,technology and related software applications and BIM technical standards.Third,first proposed the existing government regulation process and shortcomings,and then put forward the construction quality of BIM process and the overall plan based on government regulation,followed by the details of the platform and the realization of the path from four aspects,the last of the BIM construction project quality supervision mode based on the government from four aspects in detail this.Fourth,select the actual project as the carrier,for example application analysis from model management,supervision,construction supervision,visual inspection supervision,and the application effect are analyzed and summarized,prove this model of government regulation of quality of construction project based on BIM is feasible.Fifth,a summary of the research,four conclusions are gained:BIM technology can be integrated into the construction project quality supervision of the government;the government supervision mode of construction project quality of BIM can improve the efficiency of supervision of construction project based on BIM;based on the quality of government regulation can integrate and optimize the utilization of resources,and to simplify the government;the quality of construction engineering supervision mode of BIM can be intuitive,true and just reflect the whole process of the construction project based on.
