| With the development of the national economy, the building construction in Chinais developing in a rapid speed. The construction industry output has accounted for7%of the country’s GDP with the substantial increase in the scale of building construction.But due to the uncultured industry management system of the domestic constructionand the lack of effective means of supervision, anchored, subcontracting, illegalsubcontracting and other violations of law are commonly prevalent in the industryanchored. The quality of construction safety management varies greatly that may leadto major quality accidents.In this article, the problems of current regulatory system of the construction site andthe quality of the regulatory status of the project at home and abroad were introduced,the control factors of the quality of construction works at the construction site weregot by expert survey and weight analyzed with Analytic Hierarchy Process whichdirectly reflected the degree of influence of each factor. The analysis result shows thatkey personnel and material testing are two important part of controlling factor whichare of great theoretical and practical significance to guide authorities to strengthensupervision work of engineering quality.This paper focuses on the work of the Department of Housing and UrbanConstruction of Anhui Province to enhance construction quality supervision by usinginformation technology. In recent years, the use of Internet Face AttendanceSystem(IFA) and Internet Material Test System(IMT) in Anhui province provided newideas for national competent authorities to strengthen engineering quality and safetysupervision work and broaden the application of information technology in theconstruction industry. It relieved the week of engineering quality and safetysupervision and increased the effectiveness of supervision, meanwhile it providedtechnical support. for credit system of construction market and realized the connectionof construction site and construction markets. |
