The Evaluation Research On Employee Satisfaction Of Lanzhou Chengguan Sanitation Workers

The international and China economy and society civilization has developed rapidly in the recent decades of years,especially in China.The huge success is built on the right policy drawn by leaders and the silent devotion by every worker.It is undeniable that more and more life stress has being brought to everyone in the process of the development of economy and society.And the life stress becomes working pressure finally.Whether a worker is satisfy with his work,what is the level when satisfactory or unsatisfactory,what is the reason which caused the result and how about its influence,these issues is very important for a manager because they will be some very important factors in the process of building working way,policy,even the developing direction of his business.In the result,more and more research about work satisfaction has being making at home and abroad,and until now more theory and real achievement has been finished.It is usually said that “You win some,You lose some”.We get a fast development of our economy,but we also lost too much.The destroy of the environment is a very good example.In the recent ten years,the urbanization has being processing rapidly in out country,as a result,the density of the people who live in urban increases by a wide margin,and the town refuse also increases much more.It shows that the environment is being destroyed.More refuse asks for more sanitation workers.Sanitation asks for lower ability of workers,but it is very hard for them.So,many people who has no a good education and a kind of special technology,but is tireless choose sanitation as their job,they gather and become a special group named “sanitation workers”.They are the cleaners and nurses of our city,they are indispensable but usually be overlooked by the society.Their attitude and positivity for their job decide the face of a city.So it’s very important and instant to our society to research this issue,to survey and analysis their work satisfaction,and finally to work out an effectual policy.We choose Lanzhou Chengguan sanitation workers as the researching object,and design an effective investigation paper according to the theory and statistic methods.Using control interval and CIM model to finish the quantitative analysis,in the process of qualitative analysis,we choose the method of AHP to finish our research,and mix the characteristic of the CIM model and AHP,work out and analysis the work satisfactions of the objects,and achieve the final result,then,analysis and give the most important reason for this result and build an effective policy for rising their work satisfaction.
