The Research And Application Of Wastewater Recycling System Of Sanitation Vehicle

FLM5160TXSD4 sanitation vehicle is produced by Fujian Longma Sanitation Equipment co.,LTD.The road sanitation vehicle is a special vehicle used for the sanitation sweeping and cleaning.It is the main special vehicle for sweeping and cleaning operations in the current domestic city sanitation.It is a typical representative of the domestic excellent sanitation cleaning products,and it has a higher market share.It was widely approved by the customers as well.FLM5160TXSD4 sanitation vehicle has many excellent advantages such as strong cleaning ability,high pressure flushing,strong suction capability,high cleaning efficiency,etc.Since its cleaning capacity mainly relies on the combination of sweeping and washing.So it has many advantages as well,such as large consumption of water,being not able to use the recycling sewage,the limited of sewage tank,frequent alarm for laden sewage tank,short time per operation,the high cost of cleaning,etc.In this paper,we are coming up with ideas to improve FLM5160TXSD4 structure and make it more reasonable by analyzing the characteristics of structure of FLM5160TXSD4 sanitation vehicle,the operation system for vehicle,combining the existing sewage recycling separation and filtration technology and equipment,andanalyzing of relevant technology and equipment.On the basis of the original functions,it will be added other functions such as solid-liquid separation for sewage,filtering the sewage,and reusing the filtered water.After the improvement,the waterwill be recycled and saved.The sanitation vehicle working efficiency will be improved.Operation time will be prolonged.The cost will be reduced.In this paper,we analyze the characteristics of the FLM5160TXSD4 sewage tank structure,the composition characteristics of reclaimed wastewater.Then according to its working environment and the characteristics of the operation,we make reasonable space arrangement for sewage separation,filtration,and purification procedure.We design and arrange solid-liquid separation structure,select the filtering equipment,and design space layout.We design recycling using waterways principle for purification water,and design self-cleaning waterways principle for the filtering equipment as well.We adopt 3 d model to design some key space structure and we make all systems rational to ensure the sanitation vehicle being able to work stable and reliable.In this paper,it records the test result of the sample sanitation vehicle,compare the actual and theoretical design and analyze the test result.After designing for the wastewater recycling system,the sanitation vehicle’s working performance has been improved.The operation time has extended.It saved much water.So it has got highly speaking from the users and got positive market reaction.The research and the corresponding results in this paper are alternative solution and reference for the sanitation machinery design,especially for improvement and design of sanitation vehicle.It provides higher practicability.
