In 2004,the promulgation and implementation of "Defective Automobile Product Recall Management Regulations" indicates that the recall of automobile products in China has entered into the era of government regulation.In 2012,the realse of "Defective Automobile Product Recall Management Regulations" perfected the automobile product recall system in China,Sine the implementation of the recall regulations,the amount of automobile recall as reached 1295 times in which recalls due to defects caused by the automobile braking system accounts for 11.8%.This research through the development of the braking system of automobile brake system defects case analysis,defect classification analysis,automobile braking system simulation experiment of automobile brake system,defect defect risk assessment and other aspects of the automobile braking system provides technical support for the investigation of the defects of government regulation department,which is helpful to improve the quality of management in enterprises producing brake system of automobile parts.And is very necessary China's auto industry after the market supervision standardization.Because consumers can intuitively feel the danger caused by defects of automobile brake system,a large amount of complaints arose,among which the number of complaints relating to braking system is 3713 in 2016,which also revealed the security problems is common.in numerous vehicles.Through the in-depth analysis on the recall cases of China's automobile during 2004 to 2016,it was found that braking system defects,power device,electronic control devices and sensors,mechanical devices,hydraulic equipment and other defects are existing in different forms,besides,the causes of the defects of different forms and potentially endanger safety were also founded through the deep analysis.Therefore,it is of great value to study the defects of automobile brake system,and to optimize the design of vehicle brake system defects and to improve the technology of vehicle braking system.Firstly,this thesis started with analyzing the forms of braking system defects,mainly on power devices,electronic control devices and sensors for the braking system of the agreement level and encoding system division,to find out the defect in the form of each part of the braking system and the reasons of defects and to draw the correlation map of form of brake system influence,determining the severity level of risk analysis.And then analyzed the defect effect caused by the use or status of these defects on each agreed level function,occurrence degree analysis of risk each kind of defects.After that,the analysis of experimental data of simulated defects of brake system and comparison of automobile brake performance experiment under different simulation defects,as well as the risk assessment index into the brake defect judgment were undertaken.Finally,the thesis evaluated the braking system defect risk by applying risk matrix method,the automobile brake system defect risk matrix,to determine the level of risk,classification of risk.This research not only improves the recognition rate of defect automobile recall braking system,the early warning effect,but also reduces automobile product defect investigation cost for China's auto recall department in charge of defect identification provides a convenient and reliable.
