With rapid development on highway construction in our country,the number of highway tunnels is increasing.As a special highway section,there's large difference between internal and external brightness.Therefore,it's necessary to install lighting facilities to reduce vision problems and ensure highway safety.At present,most tunnel lighting control systems adopt the hierarchical control method,which controls the logic switch of lighting circuit on the basis of lighting plan in different periods.The lighting value is set by the maximum value of designed parameters,which can't make dynamical adjustment according to real-time environment.As a result,there're certain security risks for drivers and energy waste.For the traditional lighting control system,it has problems of large energy consumption,poor adaptability,low security,and weak intelligentization.Based on lighting demands,energy conservation purpose and new lighting dimmer technology,this paper aims to establish a set of tunnel lighting intelligent control system using STM32 to solve those problems,which focuses on intelligent control and energy conservation.The main work is as follows:First of all,based on the related technology of tunnel lighting,this paper analyzes three tunnel lighting devices: electrodeless lamp,sodium lamp and LED lamp,introduces manual,autonomic and intelligent control technologies and lists commonly used lighting dimming technologies and signal transmission forms.By comparison,the required energy conservation technology is developed.Secondly,in view of long and large tunnels,this paper analyzes and designs the tunnel lighting system from the overall structure.The system is divided into monitoring center and control center and the control center is divided into main controller,dimming controller and LED controller focusing on the thought of delamination.The communication and control methods among various parts of the system can be chosen and analyzed.Meanwhile,the control strategy of the system is studied.Based on the design requirements of “Specifications for Design of Ventilation and Lighting of Highway Tunnel” and fuzzy neural network control algorithm,a control model,which considers the brightness outside the tunnel,vehicle speed and traffic flow as input parameters and tunnel lighting dimming value as the output parameter,is established.The control effect of the model is verified.Lastly,the control units of the control system are designed in details.The design of the main controller,dimming controller and LED controller uses STM32 as their main control chip.The main controller receives real-time data such as brightness,speed and traffic flow outside the tunnel and outputs the lighting dimming signals through control algorithm.The dimming controller receives the dimming command from the main controller,sets the corresponding dimming strategy and further outputs dimming instructions.LED controller receives dimming instructions from dimming controller and drives LED lighting device to complete the tunnel lighting dimming tasks realizing goals of "on-demand lighting" and energy conservation.
