The Research On Communication Platform-of-public Program Stakeholders Based On BIM Technology

At present,the public project is in the high-speed development of the investment period in China,for maintaining social production and social harmony plays a vital role.Stakeholders involved in public projects are complex and multivariate,Thus,the communication relationship between public project stakeholders has lots of problems.Therefore,it has important research significance.That is,we provide research train of thought in order to solve the problem of communication between public project stakeholders,construct a communication platform for stakeholders in the whole life cycle of public project,and develop efficient channels of communication to public project stakeholders.BIM is used to solve the problem of construction engineering project participants communicate ideas,more and more attention and application by Building industry departments of all professional and research scholars at home and abroad,especially in complicated structure,numerous public project stakeholders.BIM technology is the core of the buildings within the whole life cycle of information transfer and sharing.In this technology application of international unified standards IFC to help build a communication platform can not only solve the information gap,information silos and other phenomena caused by non-uniform standard,but also provides public project stakeholders to communicate with media and channels,it pointed out the direction in order to solve the public project stakeholders to communication engineering quality,progress,cost and other issues.Based on the above research background and purpose,the integrated use of stakeholder theory,BIM technology,International Standard IFC,software engineering technology,literature review,questionnaire survey,Mitchell score etc.Use this means and methods in order to solve the problem of communication between public project stakeholders as the goal,to build public project stakeholders communication platform based on BIM technology as the center.First of all,based on the stakeholder theory,Mitchell score method is used to in recognition and classification of public project stakeholders,public project stakeholders into major stakeholders,the secondary edge of stakeholders and stakeholder,and completes the analysis of the characteristics of the major stakeholders,solved the complex diverse public project stakeholders and not clear problem,lay a foundation to build communication platform;then according to the main stakeholders and their characteristics of public project to complete the communication platform of special function and general function requirement analysis,function module design,network mode selection and business logic layout steps,such as establishing the basic architecture,public project stakeholders communication platform for public projects to build communication platform,and combined with BIM standard was carried out on the platform,database design;Finally,development the preliminaryimplement-ation platform function module,then unite practical engineering case,the validation based on BIM technology feasibility of public project stakeholders communication platform.Thesis research results identify the public project stakeholders,built communication platform of information exchange and sharing for public project stakeholders,expand the public project of communication research field,enrich the research achievements of the construction of the platform,open up a new direction to enhance the level of communication between public project stakeholders.
