Performance Testing And Research On Plastic Packaging Bags For Dangerous Goods

The packing of goods is a very important technical means of the railway goods circulation,especially for the dangerous goods.The plastic packing bag is a kind of flexible packaging bag made of polyethylene or polypropylene filament woven.It can be widely used in bulk goods packaging.This paper mainly focused on plastic packing bags which are used to package granular,flaky and dangerous goods in railway transportation and their basic mechanical properties.It also provided reference and theoretical basis for the practical use of plastic bags of dangerous goods in the railway transportation.Firstly,by reading a large number of domestic and foreign laws and regulations of railway transportation of dangerous goods packaging,this paper gained a deep understanding of the way to package dangerous goods which are bulk,and the related requirements of current railway transportation.This paper also tried to organize the developmental history and research status of plastic packing bags,and gained the understanding of technical requirements for packaging drop test and tensile test of railway dangerous goods.Based on that,we did the tensile test and drop test on plastic packing bags which are used to package bulk dangerous goods in railway transportation.China has a vast territory.The railway network in China is all over the country.From north to south,the railway network is across multiple temperature zones.Both from south to north and from east to west,temperature is very different.Decades of experimental studies have shown that the humidity has a very limited influence on the tensile load of plastic woven bags.The main factor is temperature.Therefore,this paper tested the tensile load of plastic woven bags under different temperature conditions.It also analyzed the effects of different temperatures on the tensile load of plastic woven bags in detail.In the study of plastic woven bags,the analysis of the force of the woven bag has been difficult all the time,and there is few related literature.Based on the mechanical properties of the bulk material,the static stress of the plastic woven bag after filling the material is studied by the lateral pressure of the bulk material in the plastic bag.The relationship among the static stress,the material depth and the quality is obtained.Then,from the experimental point of view,with the packaging materials filled with bulk materials as the object of study,the impact test,the use of SAVERTM3X90 environmental recorder to determine the impact of the material in the impact of the acceleration process changes.The impact of the material in the fall of the impact of stress changes.
